Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks an experienced Proposal Manager to drive responses for life sciences solutions across Europe and globally. You will project manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, coordinating with Sales, Solution Consulting, and other teams to craft compelling narratives and responses to RFPs and RFIs.

You will lead internal alignment, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain high-quality, compliant submissions while handling multiple assignments in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex RFP/RFI proposals in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Project manage all RFP/RFI activities from receipt to submission.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributions to develop winning responses.
• Lead internal alignment calls and guide timelines and assignments.
• Draft deliverables, manage workflows, and ensure quality and compliance.
