Job summary

Zurich Resilience Solutions is seeking an Account Engineer to manage a portfolio of property accounts, balancing technical risk insights with commercial acumen. The role involves regular UK travel and occasional international travel to support global programmes.

You will drive risk improvement actions, coordinate service plans, and collaborate with brokers, underwriters and clients to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Commercially minded risk engineering professional with proven experience managing customer accounts.
• Expertise in property loss prevention including fire protection, business interruption and natural hazards.
• Strong communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted risk consultant for a portfolio of key customer accounts.
• Build embedded customer relationships and coordinate complex risk engineering programmes.
• Develop and deliver customer service strategies to reduce loss and create measurable business value.
• Coordinate risk engineering programmes with brokers, underwriters and internal stakeholders.
• Support revenue growth and opportunities to expand Zurich Resilience Solutions' proposition.
