Zurich Resilience Solutions is seeking an ambitious Account Engineer to own a portfolio of key customer accounts. You will act as a trusted risk consultant, balancing technical excellence with commercial insight to deliver measurable value and drive growth.

The role is home-based in the UK with regular travel. You will coordinate risk engineering programmes, develop service strategies and collaborate with customers, brokers and underwriters to achieve resilient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Commercial risk engineering professional with proven experience managing customer accounts.
• Ability to translate technical insight into practical customer solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted risk consultant for a portfolio of key customer accounts.
• Develop and deliver customer service strategies to reduce loss and create measurable value.
• Coordinate complex risk engineering programmes and oversee service plans and reviews.
• Drive risk improvement actions and support revenue growth.
• Engage with customers, brokers, underwriters and internal stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
