The Role: Remote Property Solicitor

• Managing a full caseload of commercial and residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
• The majority of the work is either purely commercial property or residential transactions for property investors, often involving a semi-commercial aspect.
• Acting as the lead lawyer for this area of work, managing matters independently without the need for senior supervision.
• Working closely with clients, referrers, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process.
• Delivering excellent service to a loyal client base and trusted network of referrers.
• Ensuring all transactions are handled with precision, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrating the ability to work independently, managing your workload without direct supervision.
