Job summary

Service Care Solutions is recruiting a Remote Property Estate Manager to oversee a portfolio across Teesside, Stockton-on-Tees and North Yorkshire. You will manage budgets, liaise with residents and contractors, and ensure high standards of estate maintenance and customer service.

The role requires experience in estate or property management, strong communication, and the ability to work independently within a remote, nationwide UK remit. A full UK driving license is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate/property management or a similar environment.
• Experience managing budgets and service charges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management.
• GCSEs in Maths and English required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential developments and communal/external areas.
• Prepare and manage estate budgets with timely reporting.
• Monitor expenditure to stay within agreed budgets and service charges.
• Review annual expenditure and service charge accounts.
• Conduct regular estate inspections and coordinate maintenance.
• Liaise with maintenance contractors and other service providers.
