Salutem Care and Education is seeking a Regional Estates Supervisor to manage a portfolio of adult and children services within the Exeter region. The role supports frontline staff in homes and escalates estates matters through the Estates Team.

Travel within the region is required, and a valid UK driving license is essential. The role is remote but based around Exeter area, with responsibilities spanning property management, facilities oversight, and ensuring safety and compliance across sites.

• Ideal candidates have property management and facilities management experience, preferably in healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervisory support to the Maintenance Technicians in their region.
• Oversee the Infraspeak system to approve, action and keep works orders updated.
• Supervise and report on works orders and planned works under the Group Head of Estates.
• Provide an escalation route for estates issues when required.
• General building repair and maintenance within agreed annual budgets.
• Ensure safety protocols, fire risk and water risk assessments are reviewed and actioned.
• Audit statutory inspection certificates and manage regional responsibility for estates tasks.
• Source relevant contractors and plan works within the regional cost plan.
