Parker Franklyn in London seeks a Property Claims Manager to own the post-damage journey from assessment to reinstatement. This remote-based role involves travel across London Boroughs and direct liaison with tenants, landlords and insurers.

You’ll manage scopes of work, claims, and a network of contractors, driving outcomes with clear communication and disciplined diary management in a fast‑growing, FCA-regulated business.

Qualifications

• Background in insurance claims assessment or property management.
• Experience with property construction and repair costs.
• Excellent communication with clients, contractors and insurers.
• Organised with ability to manage own diary and travel.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Tech-savvy and able to work on reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Attend properties to assess damage and compile scopes of work.
• Raise and manage insurance claims, negotiating with insurers and loss adjusters on site.
• Liaise with tenants, landlords, letting agents and building managers to provide updates.
• Coordinate a network of contractors to deliver reinstatement on time and within budget.
• Build relationships with letting agents and property managers, and train them on the service.
• Lead regional business development for London as the company grows.
