Job summary

Parker Franklyn is seeking a Regional Property Claims Surveyor to support expansion across Yorkshire. You will attend property claims, survey damages, scope repairs and prepare reports, working closely with customers, insurers and contractors to move claims forward efficiently.

This is a field role requiring on-site inspections, with autonomy and regional ownership as the company grows its Yorkshire presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in assessing property damage and repair requirements.
• Strong knowledge of building construction and reinstatement works.
• Ability to scope works and produce clear, practical reports.
• Good communication skills with customers, insurers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Attend domestic and/or commercial property claims across Yorkshire.
• Survey damaged properties and assess the extent and cause of damage.
• Prepare clear reports, scopes of work and repair recommendations.
• Estimate repair costs and review contractor quotations.
• Liaise with policyholders, insurers, contractors, loss adjusters and internal claims teams.
