Job summary

Plentific is seeking an experienced Project Manager on a Fixed Term Contract with the potential to go permanent. You will support the Active Housing function, coordinating cross-team efforts to deliver on social housing and local government projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient with productivity applications and fast learner of new software.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects efficiently, coordinating development and testing teams to deliver functional requirements.
• Assess risks, resolve issues, and prioritise tasks across the project lifecycle.
• Proactively manage customer communication and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage the ongoing commercial relationship with the client for Contract Changes, Purchase Orders and Billing Milestones.
• Translate client requirements into features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct testing of features and software updates.
• Manage defect tracking and resolution for testing and client UAT.
