Job summary

BRS Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee renewable energy and refurbishment works across social housing projects. You will lead delivery from mobilisation to close-out, manage programmes, budgets, subcontractors and on-site teams, ensuring safety and quality.

You will liaise with clients, housing associations and residents, provide regular progress reports, monitor procurement, risks and changes, and ensure excellent resident communication throughout the works.

Qualifications

• Proven project delivery experience in construction.
• Experience in social housing, retrofit, renewable energy or energy-efficiency projects preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of renewable energy and refurbishment works across social housing projects.

The successful candidate will have strong project management experience within construction, ideally with a background in social housing, retrofit, renewable energy or energy-efficiency projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from mobilisation through to completion.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, resources and subcontractors.
• Coordinate site teams and ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
• Liaise with clients, housing associations, consultants, residents and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports and updates.
• Manage procurement, materials and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant specifications, legislation and health & safety requirements.
• Monitor quality and ensure defects are identified and rectified promptly.
• Manage project risks, issues and changes throughout the programme.
• Attend client and progress meetings.
• Oversee handover, completion and close-out of projects.
• Ensure resident communication and customer service standards are maintained throughout the works.
