Proclinical is seeking a Project Manager for a 12-month contract role in the diabetes and medical devices sector. This hybrid position involves coordinating medium-to-high complexity projects related to diagnostic third‑party instrumentation, from tender award through to implementation completion.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively, with Prince2 qualification and fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project governance frameworks.
• Create Gantt charts and project phasing plans.
• Oversee floor-plan sign-offs, snagging and product ordering processes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate on-site implementation and construction activities.
• Act as the primary contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Associate Project Managers and technical teams.
