Job summary

Avalere Health is seeking a Director, Project Delivery to lead a portfolio of accounts and drive operational excellence across our healthcare projects. You will guide project scoping through execution, mentor PMs, and manage cross-functional teams and client relations.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in agency workflow, budgeting, and ability to navigate complex budgets and timelines. We offer hybrid/remote options and global collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years’ experience in project management within a healthcare agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from scoping to execution.
• Manage portfolio of accounts and programs as delivery lead.
• Plan roadmap and drive operational excellence across the department.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and liaise with managers.
• Improve workflows and standardized processes within the agency.
• Mentor PMs and build strong client relationships.
