Job summary

ECS Resource Group is seeking a Project Manager for a six-month contract to lead global software delivery engagements. The role emphasizes ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and meet high customer satisfaction metrics while coordinating across Customer, Account, and Delivery teams.

You will manage governance, planning, and reporting, including OpenAir setups, and drive successful transition from Sales to Delivery. Strong PMO discipline and PMP/PRINCE2 knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• PMP certification is required or highly preferred.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent training recommended.
• ITIL v3 Foundation knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project management deliverables according to the company’s Excellence playbook for different stages of the project.
• Establish and lead project governance with the Customer, Account, and PMO teams.
• Manage OpenAir project setup, revenue forecasting, and cost/margin tracking.
• Coordinate transition from Sales to Delivery, review SOWs, and monitor delivery progress.
• Develop plans for communication, collaboration, and status reporting across stakeholders.
