Job summary

ECS Resource Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementations remotely on a six-month contract. You will drive governance and delivery across global engagements, ensuring projects stay on time, on budget, and meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining project plans, coordinating PMO activities, forecasting revenue, and managing stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise software projects.
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage governance and stakeholder expectations.
• PMO coordination and revenue forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project management deliverables per Excellence playbook (e.g., plans, schedules, communications).
• Establish and lead governance meetings with Customer and internal stakeholders.
• Forecast revenue and manage project costs and margins.
• Oversee transition from Sales to Delivery Team; review SOWs and roadmaps.
• Manage risks, issues, and communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
