Job summary

ECS Resource Group is partnering with a global software solutions provider looking for an experienced Project Manager for a six-month remote contract. You will lead delivery across enterprise engagements, ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes, and drive high customer satisfaction.

The role requires managing governance, delivering project artifacts, and coordinating across Customer, Account, Services Sales, and PMO teams. A strong background in Agile/Waterfall and PMO processes is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• PMP certification or equivalent strongly preferred.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner or other formal training desirable.
• ITIL v3 Foundation knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project management deliverables per Excellence playbook.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, communications, and meetings.
• Establish governance and coordinate customer, account, and PMO teams.
• Forecast revenue, manage costs and margins, and ensure stakeholder communication.
• Lead transition from Sales to Delivery and review SOWs before closures.
• Maintain OpenAir status and ensure timely risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
