Job summary

ECS Resource Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a six-month remote contract to drive enterprise-scale software delivery. You will orchestrate global engagements, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high customer satisfaction.

You will manage governance, project plans, and OpenAir usage, aligning solutions to customer needs and maintaining accuracy in status reporting. This role requires strong stakeholder communication and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
• Ability to articulate how solutions align to customer needs.
• Proven track record with positive customer feedback from leadership and teams.
• Leads project teams and fosters trust and repeat business.
• Manages risks, issues, and project cadence per PMO requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project management deliverables per Excellence playbook.
• Develop project plan, schedule, communications plan, and status reports.
• Establish governance and cross-team collaboration.
• Ensure stakeholders are informed with dashboard reporting and future opportunities.
• Lead governance meetings with customer and internal stakeholders.
• Perform PMO administration: OpenAir setups, forecast revenue, manage costs.
• Oversee delivery within cost/scope/schedule/quality constraints.
