Job summary

ECS Resource Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a six-month remote contract. You will lead global software delivery engagements, manage governance, plans, budgets, and stakeholder communications. The role requires strong PMO experience, proficiency with OpenAir, and a track record of on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will drive project delivery, orchestrate customer satisfaction, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes across enterprise programs.

Qualifications

• Understanding of different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.) – advanced level
• Articulate how solutions align to the Customer's needs
• Leads project teams to deliver value and builds trust
• Maintains OpenAir project status weekly
• Escalates issues per process and policy

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project management deliverables per Excellence playbook
• Develop and maintain project plan, schedule, communications plan and status reports
• Establish and execute project governance and stakeholder communications
• Keep customers and teams informed on engagement status and opportunities
• Lead recurring governance meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• PMO administration: OpenAir setup and maintenance; revenue forecasting
• Manage transitions from Sales to Delivery Team and review SOWs
• Forecast revenue and manage project costs and margins
• Coordinate with resource management to optimize delivery
