Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Manager, eCOA, to oversee scope, schedules and milestones for moderately complex eCOA studies. The role involves acting as client liaison, leading update meetings, and supporting system changes with cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in digital health project management, familiarity with clinical research, and strong communication skills. The position requires readiness for some travel and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of project management experience in digital health or software lifecycle/development.
• eCOA experience preferred.
• Good understanding of clinical research.
• Excellent collaboration and organisation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive conversations.
• Excellent Project Management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients for all eCOA live and maintenance items.
• Lead client update meetings on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
• Travel to Investigator Meetings when applicable (about 10% travel).
• Lead system change efforts, including design calls and impact reviews; communicate costs and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external clients and collaborate with stakeholders on solutions.
• File documentation, update status reports, minutes, and study materials; manage change orders.
• Monitor trends to identify risks as part of ongoing project support.
• Support quality investigations as eCOA project SME with support from manager and/or PM.
• Manage budget and scoping for additional work where appropriate.
