Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Project Manager for the Clinical Systems Department to oversee eCOA projects from maintenance through decommissioning. The role involves coordinating with vendors and study teams, ensuring timely delivery of communications, and upholding Worldwide SOP standards.

You will review URS for changes, prepare site materials, and manage budgets. Strong English communication and client-facing skills are essential for success in a fast-paced, globally distributed

Qualifications

• Education: degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year in eCOA and clinical trials.
• Experience in project management and coordinating multi-stakeholder teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management oversight from maintenance to eCOA decommissioning, ensuring deliverables meet Worldwide SOP standards.
• Review study trends and coordinate with eCOA vendor to address study requirements.
• Communicate study activities to stakeholders and act as escalation point for issues.
• Coordinate and deliver study communications, including status reports and meeting minutes.
• Review and approve URS for post go-live changes in scope.
• Prepare and review site and support materials, and assist with helpdesk documentation.
• Conduct financial reviews and budget management, including Change Orders.
