Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Manager for the Clinical Systems Department to oversee eCOA projects from maintenance to post go-live. You will coordinate with study teams, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires at least 1 year in eCOA and clinical trials, strong project management and written/spoken English, with opportunities to influence processes and work across international teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in eCOA and clinical trials
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management
  • Ability to lead, understand policies and procedures, financial and leadership principles
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Provide project management oversight from maintenance to eCOA decommissioning, including deliverables and timelines
  • Review and identify study trends and address study requirements with eCOA vendor and study team
  • Communicate information on eCOA project activities to stakeholders including study teams
  • Escalation point of contact for all eCOA study-related issues
  • Coordinate and deliver study communications, agendas and minutes
  • Review and approve User Requirements Specification for post go-live changes
  • Prepare and review site and support materials and helpdesk documentation
  • Perform financial review and budget management including Change Orders
