Job summary

Howden Group in the UK is seeking a delivery‑focused Project Manager to join our Central Project Management team. You will own a portfolio of strategic initiatives, collaborate with Pillar Heads of Change and business stakeholders, and ensure governance, reporting and compliance with the PMO framework.

This permanent, remote‑based role includes occasional travel to UK offices. You will lead plans, budgets, risks, and dependencies, driving end‑to‑end delivery and clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex projects as a Project Manager.
• Experience delivering change within the insurance sector, ideally insurance broking.
• Ability to manage projects through full lifecycle and produce core artefacts (PIDs, RAID logs, plans).

Responsibilities

• Define and govern project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Lead project teams and coordinate internal/ external resources.
• Maintain governance documentation, RAID logs, PID and status reports.
• Provide regular updates to PMO/IMO and senior stakeholders.
