Gordon Brothers is seeking a Project Manager & Appraiser in the Corporate Recovery division for remote work within the United Kingdom. The role leads valuation projects, manages a project team, and interfaces with clients to ensure timely, accurate reports.

You will use internal models, conduct on-site or remote interviews, and supervise analysts while delivering insightful inventory and financial analyses. Strong MS Office skills and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (business/finance/economics) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of analyst experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word; PowerPoint preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Use internal models to appraise various industries and projects.
• Conduct appraisals independently with the project reviewer.
• Plan travel arrangements and inspections efficiently and logistically.
• Ask the right questions during interviews to gather appraisal information.
• Document inspection notes accurately and completely.
• Supervise Analysts and review their work.
• Analyze inventory turnover, expenses, and gross margin in reports.
• Contribute to appraisal reports and client discussions.
