Job summary

NET Recruit is seeking an experienced Investments & Project Manager for a UK family office. The role blends accounting, investment reporting, corporate governance, and technology-driven process improvements.

You will lead reporting improvements, support asset valuations, and maintain investment systems while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance. A hybrid working arrangement is available, with opportunities to develop into broader operational leadership.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with at least three years of relevant experience in practice or industry.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting and financial reporting processes.
• Genuine interest in technology, automation and continuous improvement.
• Proven track record of improving systems or processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and improvement of wealth and investment reporting processes.
• Ensure wealth reporting information is accurate and delivered on time.
• Assist investment performance reporting, asset revaluations and intercompany reconciliations.
• Maintain master loan summaries, loan schedules and asset statements.
• Monitor loan and mortgage repayments and take appropriate action.
• Develop and maintain investment information systems and records including tax and legal details.
• Maintain an accurate electronic investment database and filing systems.
• Support preparation of financial information for pension schemes and companies.
• Perform management-level reviews of financial information and audit files.
• Assist with tax, governance and compliance obligations across entities.
• Contribute to opportunity identification for process automation.
