Job summary

Bell Integration United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of large-scale IT projects from London and beyond. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendor partners and PMO stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes and value delivery.

Applicants should demonstrate a strong track record managing internal app migrations or replacements, excellent stakeholder communication, and proficiency with PM tools such as Microsoft Project

Qualifications

• Proven experience of Project Management for large-scale projects and programmes.
• Proven track record of managing projects replacing business applications, internally for organisations, where continuity of service is critical.
• Ability to analyze complex project data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to motivate and lead a diverse project team towards achieving common goals.
• Comfortable with change and capable of adapting to new project demands and environments.
• Understanding of the PMO team and use of PPM tools.
• Knowledge and understanding of PRINCE2.
• Communications and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
• End to end software development lifecycle experience with at least 1 project involving the rollout or significant enhancement / migration of a business application
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred
• Experience in Implementation of any PPM tool.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead and manage the project team, ensuring clarity of objectives and delivering results.
• Coordinate and manage third-party vendors.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure project success.
• Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, changes, and issues.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and manage project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Ensure proper project documentation and handover to operational teams if applicable.
