Job summary

Reply, a leading AI and digital solutions provider in Manchester, is seeking an AI Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of AI and technology initiatives. You will own project plans, backlogs and resources while coordinating multidisciplinary teams through discovery, development, testing, release and handover.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology or digital transformation projects, ideally including AI or automation initiatives.
• Proficient with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools for backlog and delivery tracking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across business and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and technology projects, managing plans, milestones, risks and status reporting.
• Own and maintain backlogs, user stories, tasks and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools.
• Coordinate sprint planning, resource allocation and capacity across multidisciplinary teams.
• Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders through discovery, development, testing, release and handover.
• Support AI adoption activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications and training coordination.
• Track delivery, adoption and benefits against success measures and highlight issues.
• Ensure clear ownership of actions and maintain governance artefacts and project documentation.
• Contribute to change management efforts to embed AI-enabled ways of working.
