BCT Resourcing is seeking experienced Project Managers for permanent and contract opportunities across the UK. You will lead end-to-end delivery, coordinating business, IT and external partners to achieve on-time, on-budget results in a remote-capable environment.

Candidates should manage complex initiatives, produce governance artefacts, and drive risk mitigation. Prior experience across IT transformation, ERP and digital programmes is highly valued.

Formación

• Proven experience delivering complex projects in business or technology environments.
• Strong planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience developing project documentation, governance reports and delivery plans.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and milestones.
• Manage RAID risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Establish governance, reporting and escalation processes.
• Monitor performance against objectives, budgets and timelines.
• Facilitate meetings and steering committees.
• Control scope and change management processes.
• Ensure clear communication between stakeholders and teams.
• Oversee deliverables, quality assurance and acceptance criteria.
• Support business readiness and transition activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
