Job summary

Xylem Water Solutions Netherlands is seeking a proactive Project Engineer to lead temporary pumping and bypass projects across the UK. You will coordinate cross-functional teams with customers, operations and engineering to deliver on time and within budget.

You will manage risks, planning, and technical reviews while ensuring safety and compliance across all project stages. Remote work is available from Grantham with occasional site visits as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering infrastructure or pump rental projects.
• Experience with Tier 1 contractors and utility clients.
• Strong planning, coordination and risk management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of pump rental and temporary works projects from award to completion.
• Coordinate mobilisation, schedule, budgets and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to customers and senior management.
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality across projects.
