Job summary

Vallum Associates is recruiting a permanent Programme Manager to lead a major business change and transformation initiative for a leading energy and utilities organisation. You will ensure change is understood, adopted and embedded across the organisation.

Working with senior leadership and teams, you’ll translate strategic priorities into a clear transformation roadmap, considering people, process and operational impacts. This role combines programme management with practical change delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven programme management experience in business change and transformation.
• Ability to turn strategic priorities into a clear transformation roadmap.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and adoption of new processes.
• Experience in energy, utilities or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of business change and transformation initiatives.
• Develop the overall transformation roadmap and programme structure.
• Assess change impacts and organisational readiness.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication and adoption.
• Ensure new processes and ways of working are embedded.
• Manage programme risks, dependencies, governance and priorities.
• Tracking benefits and measuring the impact of change.
• Providing clear updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
