• Excellent written and verbal communication, including writing clear requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of DTCommand from roadmap to launch.
• Manage backlog and plan releases with clear definitions.
• Track KPIs post-launch and report performance signals.
• Bring customer insight into product direction.
• Collaborate with product design and development teams early.
• Write clear requirements and stay involved through delivery.
• Balance customer value, business impact, and delivery capacity in roadmap.
• Keep market and competitor landscape in view and document decisions.
