Job summary

DeterTech | UK is seeking a Product Manager to own DTCommand, working closely with engineering and design to deliver value for customers and the business. You’ll test ideas with customers before committing development and shape not just what gets built, but why.

This remote role offers flexibility to visit the Telford office as needed, and you’ll build relationships across the business, set a clear roadmap, track KPIs after launch, and ensure adoption by direct and indirect customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management with a track record of taking products from requirements through to launch.
• Regularly speaks with customers to shape decisions and priorities.
• Works closely with Engineering and Design from early on, not just briefing them later.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to fast-moving environments.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership and technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of DTCommand from roadmap to launch with development teams and design.
• Manage the backlog and plan releases with clear scope and definitions.
• Track KPIs post-launch and adjust direction based on performance.
• Bring customer insight into the product direction and decisions.
• Collaborate with product design & development teams early so input shapes the solution.
• Maintain the product roadmap and communicate priorities and rationale.
• Identify opportunities to expand DTCommand to new channels or markets.
