Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management, with a track record of taking products from requirements through to successful launch.
• Experience regularly speaking with customers and using that insight to shape decisions and priorities.
• Comfortable working closely with Engineering / Development teams and design from early on, not just briefing them once decisions are made.
• Confident operating in ambiguity, able to bring structure to a fast-moving environment.
• Strong stakeholder management: confident with senior leadership and technical teams, and able to push back constructively when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including writing clear requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of DTCommand, taking the agreed roadmap through to launch and into live service alongside development teams and design.
• Manage the backlog and plan releases, making sure work is clearly defined, scoped, and ready for development teams to deliver.
• Track DTCommand's KPIs post-launch and report on the KPIs, flagging where performance points to a change in direction.
• Bring customer insight and a delivery perspective into the product direction.
• Build a genuine, ongoing habit of speaking to customers, both direct and indirect, to inform decisions.
