Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross‑functional technical workstreams across engineering, product, and design. You will drive initiatives from concept to delivery, balancing scope, schedule and resources with clear communication to stakeholders.

The role can be performed remotely within the UK or from our London (Holborn) office. If based near London, on-site attendance is expected two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday) with flexible remote days

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical program/project management experience.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and S-SDLC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
• Ability to understand complex technical systems and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workstreams across engineering, product, and design teams.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, and resources to deliver complex projects on time.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and issues; develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication between engineering, product, design and business teams.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Document technical decisions and ensure alignment across teams.
