The role blends product education, inbound sales, and technical guidance, with a focus on discovery conversations, tailored demonstrations, and seamless handoffs.

You will work remotely with an international team, collaborating across sales, engineering, and support to refine demos and resources

• Respond to inbound inquiries and lead discovery conversations to capture objectives and requirements.

• Recommend next steps and share documentation to enable independent progress.
• Identify qualified opportunities and connect with the appropriate account executive.
• Document goals, requirements, and next steps to ensure smooth handoffs across teams.
• Maintain timely follow-up and accurate records across conversations.
• Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve education and processes.
• Develop repeatable demos and resources to address common scenarios.
• Participate in live demos and educational sessions to communicate product value.
