Qualifications

• 7+ years in product with a track record of shipped, revenue-generating products.
• Fintech or financial services experience preferred.
• Experience leading a squad with autonomy and minimal direction.
• Experience in growth, new-ventures, or incubation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Growth squad end to end: discovery, roadmap, build, and outcomes.
• Lead a small team of engineers as an active, hands-on PM.
• Run experiments to identify what converts, quick to kill losers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ship revenue-generating features.
