Job summary

Vouchsafe is seeking an experienced, multidisciplinary Product Engineer to make the platform more capable, secure, accessible and reliable. The role fits mid-to-senior software engineer titles, collaborating with CTO, Design Engineers and Customer Success to shape the roadmap and deliver secure, scalable features.

Qualifications

• Product sense: owning ambiguous product problems and delivering insightful solutions.
• Scaling infrastructure: improve backend systems as usage grows.
• Forward deployed: work with key customers to build tailored solutions that are commercially viable.

Responsibilities

• Work with fellow Product Engineers to add scalable, accessible, secure and well-tested features to the Vouchsafe platform
• Write unit, integration and end-to-end tests that improve customer confidence, using AI tools where needed
• Work with the CTO to add detail and bring precision to the product roadmap
• Apply our design system to frontend UI work with Design Engineers to expand it
• Use AI tools to expand capabilities and boost development velocity
• Collaborate with Head of Customer Success to analyze customer feedback for product direction
• Assist sales with implementation guidance and technical support for new customers
• Represent Vouchsafe at conferences, expos, meetups and other industry events
