Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to strengthen how R&D decisions are made and to advance our AI-driven transformation. You will help design measurement foundations, build reliable signals, and enable scalable analytics across the organization.

You will work with Mixpanel, Looker, and dbt to produce dashboards, maintain data models, and translate insights into recommendations for product teams and executives. This role is remote-friendly and collaborative across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics or related roles.
• AI-first mentality with practical understanding of how AI reshapes analytics workflows.
• Systems thinker with experience building scalable processes across teams.
• Builder mindset: ability to create and implement missing processes, tools, or data.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and ability to prioritize and structure problems independently while collaborating across teams.
• Strong communication skills, presenting analysis to product managers and stakeholders, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced SQL required; familiarity with event-based analytics and BI tools (Mixpanel, Looker, Segment, dbt).
• Domain familiarity with public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and enterprise SaaS concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate product usage and customer signals into clear, actionable insights.
• Deliver recurring product analytics reporting (adoption, engagement, retention).
• Contribute to analytics readouts to stakeholders with findings and recommendations.
• Connect product behavior to revenue and retention outcomes.
• Support automated reporting and AI-assisted workflows while maintaining metric integrity.
• Aim for self-service analytics with best-practice guidance for AI techniques.
