Job summary

DoiT International is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to strengthen how R&D decisions are made and to drive AI transformation across the organization. You will work at the intersection of product, data, AI, and customer insight, building measurement foundations to ensure investments are grounded in reliable signals and real customer needs.

Reporting to the Head of Product Operations, this role focuses on creating scalable analytics processes, dashboards, and models that enable product teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics or related roles.
• AI-first mindset with practical understanding of AI in analytics workflows.
• Ability to build scalable systems and operate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain event taxonomy, tracking standards, and instrumentation quality.
• Develop scalable, self-service dashboards for product teams.
• Create and maintain dbt models for core product entities and behaviors.
• Translate product usage and customer signals into actionable insights.
• Lead analytics readouts to stakeholders with clear recommendations.
