Job summary

Co-op Group is hiring Sales Consultants for our Probate Sales team. No prior legal experience required; you will be trained and supported by experienced colleagues to guide clients through probate and estate administration.

This remote role is UK-wide, with a base salary plus an uncapped bonus and strong benefits, including pension and holiday allowances. You’ll build trusted relationships, explain options clearly, and help clients reach the right outcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales or a customer-focused role.
• Ability to discuss sensitive topics with empathy and care.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Confidently explain things clearly without jargon.
• Motivation to serve clients, not just hit a number.

Responsibilities
