Job summary

Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment seeks an experienced Private Client Lawyer (Solicitor/Legal Executive/Paralegal) to join their team on a fully remote basis. The role offers a fast-track path to Salaried Director and broad exposure to Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Trusts.

You will handle an existing caseload, work across departments, and mentor junior staff within a supportive, flexible environment that values staff development and STEP credentials.

Qualifications

• Experienced Private Client Solicitors, Legal Executives or Paralegals
• Ability to manage and develop client relationships and cases
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Take on an existing caseload of Private Client matters including Wills, Probate, Administration of Estates, LPA's, Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts
• Grow and develop the work and build relationships with other departments and external referrers
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development
