Executive Connect LTD is seeking a Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive to manage probate and related private client matters from Bedford with hybrid working options. The role offers a competitive salary and potential bonus within a forward-thinking, nationally recognised practice.

You will develop the department, receive mentoring, and work alongside STEP, TALL, ACTAPS-qualified professionals and a Court of Protection Panel Deputy. This is a pathway to senior roles.

Formación

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with minimum 2+ years PQE (all levels considered).
• Strong experience in probate and private client work.
• STEP qualification (or willingness to obtain) desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a full caseload of private client matters, primarily probate and estate administration.
• Advise on wills, powers of attorney, trusts, tax, and estate planning.
• Work closely with colleagues to support departmental growth and client development.
• Ensure best-in-class client service, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Supervise and support junior staff where appropriate.
