Job summary

A well-established specialist Family Law practice in Stafford is looking to appoint a Private Family Solicitor to join its experienced and close-knit team.

You will manage a varied caseload from instruction through to conclusion, including divorce and separation, financial remedy and private children disputes, with general advisory work. The role offers a flexible hybrid pattern (three days in the office, two days from home) and clear progression to Director level.

Qualifications

• Qualified Family Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE.
• Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Keen to handle high-net-worth matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters from instruction through to conclusion.
• Handle divorce and separation, financial remedy, private children disputes and general advisory work.
• Work within a paperless environment using LEAP and modern systems.
