Placements24 is seeking a Principal Management Consultant for a globally recognized management consulting firm. This fully remote role allows work from Randburg or anywhere in South Africa, focusing on enterprise transformation and digital modernization.

You will lead complex programs, engage with C-suite executives to co-create transformation roadmaps, and mentor consulting teams to foster a high-performance remote culture. This senior position emphasizes strategic impact and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive consulting experience, with a substantial track record in leading enterprise-wide transformations.
• Proven success delivering complex change programs at the highest levels (e.g., M&A integration, digital transformation, process re-engineering).
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and advanced problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, particularly in virtual settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of comprehensive enterprise transformation strategies.
• Oversee large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects focused on organizational change, operational excellence, and digital modernization.
• Engage directly with C-suite executives to co-create transformation roadmaps.
• Drive client consensus and manage complex stakeholder landscapes across diverse organizational levels.
• Mentor and develop consulting teams, fostering a high-performance, remote work environment.
• Identify and champion innovative solutions to address complex business challenges.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations, business cases, and progress reports to senior client leadership.
• Ensure successful implementation and sustainable adoption of transformative changes.
• Contribute to the firm's thought leadership, methodologies, and business development efforts.
• Manage project risks, budgets, and timelines effectively within a remote delivery model.
