Placements24 is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives in a fully remote role based in South Africa. You will lead cross-functional, distributed teams, manage scope and budgets, and ensure high standards of quality, security, and compliance across complex programs.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT project management, strong Agile/ SAFe experience, and certifications.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications are advantageous.
• 10+ years IT project management experience with digital transformation exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects.
• Manage scope, budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Foster stakeholder relationships across business and tech units.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues.
• Promote Agile and DevOps practices to speed delivery.
• Coach and mentor distributed teams for remote work.
• Ensure quality, security, and compliance of deliverables.
