Job summary
Gearset Limited is hiring a Principal DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our critical multi-tenant infrastructure. You’ll work with a modern tech stack (Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, .NET) to run a scalable, secure service and enable rapid feature deployment.
The role emphasizes autonomy, ownership, and cross-team collaboration across engineering, design, data, marketing and sales. Remote in the UK, with a strong engineering culture and focus on building secure, reliable SaaS systems that scale
Qualifications
- Deep practical AWS experience across VPC networking, IAM, EC2, RDS, S3 and EKS.
- Experience configuring and running CI/CD pipelines in NET/C# environments.
- Experience in agile teams delivering value early and often.
- Experience building observability and alerting into systems.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, data engineers and sales to deliver value.
- Drive security enhancements and incident detection/responses in production.
