Job summary

Ethos is an expert network connecting top strategy consultants with clients for paid advisory work and expert calls. We are seeking Principals with 5+ years at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain to train our latest language model on professional presentations and slide decks.

This is fully remote, 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start. Compensation is $100 per hour. Candidates should demonstrate team leadership, strong PowerPoint craftsmanship, and a track record of delivering high-quality client deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years at a top strategy firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG or Bain)
• Deep expertise in structuring and quality-controlling client deliverables
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (deck architecture, storyline reviews, executive synthesis, steering committee decks)
• Quality control of team-produced slides and partner-ready deliverables
