Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced consulting managers to train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will develop, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across storyline development, executive summaries, slide structuring, and data-driven exhibits while maintaining client-ready standards.

Requirements include 3+ years at a top strategy firm (McKinsey/BCG/Bain) and expert-level PowerPoint skills with meticulous written communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a consulting manager at a top strategy firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, or Bain).
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summary writing, slide structuring, horizontal and vertical logic, data-driven exhibit design, and client-ready deck production.
