Job summary

Inizio Engage is building a new Primary Care Account Specialist team to support AstraZeneca's respiratory programme in West Yorkshire. Qualifications

• Experience navigating local NHS guidelines and healthcare pathways.
• Strong knowledge of market access and formularies.
• Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships across practices and PCNs.
• Experience in pharmaceutical account management.
• Commitment to ABPI Code of Practice compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support awareness and implementation of evidence-based guidelines and market access positioning through compliant account engagement.
• Drive commercial success by delivering against clear commercial and account objectives.
• Identify and develop account opportunities aligned with local healthcare priorities and unmet healthcare needs.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across practices, PCNs and wider local healthcare networks.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional colleagues, bringing together the right expertise and resources to drive the business.
• Identify opportunities using advance data and digital capabilities.
