Inizio Engage is recruiting to build a new Primary Care Account Specialist team to support AstraZeneca's Respiratory programme in the North East region (NENC). You will help bring this team to life by building trusted relationships with Primary Care networks and navigating local healthcare priorities.

The role focuses on driving engagement, delivering against commercial and account objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional colleagues while complying with ABPI Code of Practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or NHS-facing roles and a strong understanding of market access pathways.
• Ability to navigate local formularies, guidelines, and healthcare pathways.
• Proven track record building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and networks.

Responsabilités

• Support awareness and implementation of evidence-based guidelines and access strategies.
• Drive commercial success by delivering against account objectives.
• Identify and develop account opportunities aligned with local priorities.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across practices and PCNs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the business.
• Utilize data and digital tools to identify opportunities.
• Maintain NHS and market access knowledge for credible engagement.
