Job summary

M&G is seeking a Platform Telephone Account Manager to deepen partnerships with adviser firms and expand the M&G Wealth Platform. The role focuses on converting opportunities, coordinating cross‑functional support, and delivering a superior adviser and client journey.

You will work from a homebased UK setup with flexible hours, collaborating with the Platform Sales Director and wider sales team to drive growth and platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of the financial advice marketplace and adviser back office mechanics.
• Appreciation of the Platform market and IFA back office systems.
• IT literate with MS Office suite proficiency; familiarity with common market tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with historic and new adviser firms and be the primary contact for the M&G Platform.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive engagement.
• Coordinate operational support to ensure a high‑quality adviser and client journey.
