Job summary

LV= is recruiting a Platform Business Development Manager to develop and manage strategic relationships with wealth management and IFA accounts for LV= adviser platform propositions. The role is remote, covering Yorkshire, and you will be based locally in the area.

You will drive new business, nurture partnerships, deliver agreed targets by mix and volume, and work with the Savings & Retirement leadership team to shape the distribution strategy and LV= growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working with advisers specifically in the advised platform market.
• Understanding of how the intermediated distribution market operates.
• Experience with fund solutions in the marketplace.
• Proven account management and/or business development in advised platform market.
• Proven ability to negotiate and deliver against sales targets in the IFA market.
• Understanding of regulatory framework and compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and report on a panel of wealth management / IFA accounts.
• Initiate and develop business relationships with firms to increase distribution footprint.
• Visit wealth management / IFA accounts according to strategy and direction.
• Deliver targets by business mix and volume within budget.
• Collaborate with off-platform sales team to achieve LV= goals.
